Mirziyoyev Shavkat is a famous person in Uzbekistan. For some time he has been the president of this country. But it’s much more interesting what path this man took to take the position of Uzbek president.

Shavkat was born into a family of doctors. To get a good education, Mirziyoyev went to Tashkent to enter a university. It was here that he qualified as a mechanical engineer. Over time, he became not only a candidate of technical sciences, but also an associate professor. For some time he worked as a researcher and also as a teacher. Due to the fact that he put in a lot of effort, he was appointed vice-rector, who oversees academic work.

After a while, he was appointed khokim, first in the Jizzakh and then in the Samarkand region. Although he did not hold this position for very long, he made certain changes in the social as well as economic development of these districts and regions.

In 2016, 88% of the population of Uzbekistan decided that Shavkat Mirziyoyev would be president. This is due to several key reasons.

Mirziyaev was elected for a second term in 2021. This time about 80% voted for him. And after that, he continued to make dramatic changes in various areas as well as areas.
